When you contact us or complete a booking form: name, email, phone, country, traveller details, emergency contact, and dietary requirements.

We do not store payment card details ourselves — payments are processed directly by third-party providers, Stripe and QPay.

To process and confirm bookings, send confirmation emails, stay in contact during your trip, and meet legal obligations where required. We do not sell your information for marketing purposes.

Information is stored on Supabase with access controls. Only staff who need it to manage your booking can access it.

We use Stripe and QPay to process payments, and Resend to send email. These providers receive only the information needed to carry out their function.
